it is javascript  but easy can be integrated in an extension in ajax control.&lt;br /&gt;good point about the mouse over tip.&lt;br /&gt;the example atached it is a example of integration of html tooltips (panel ctrls)   in asp.net ajax...&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="quote"&gt;

It's really an all Javascript project, because the mouse attributes could EASILY be done in the HTML.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;It would have been nice to have the tool tip stay if the user mouses ovet the tip.  That way, you could have either additional tool tips, or the ability to launch another link.&lt;br /&gt;
